Assorted beef cut packages allow customer to enjoy the our sustainably raised luxury beef and explore the full spectrum of cuts available. A ‘la cart cuts of beef are also available on a limited basis. 

Restaurant/Wholesale

GVR is proud to partner with restaurants and retailers who are looking to feature sustainably raised Prime Wagyu on their menus and butcher counters.
